I was smart enough to put the camera away but needed to show you these before it just blows up bigger then life.
I finished up the trip heading out to my buddies house in Davis for a nice shower, meal and a shitload of drinks before calling it a night. thanks Josh, see ya soon. before calling it quits, Josh warned me that a huge winter storm was heading into the Bay area and I should head out as early as possible. i figured he wanted me out of his neighborhood before the neighbors woke up but he was right and off i went. 2 minutes away my bike shut off and some how my battery cable screw came off? just another thing....... zip tied it and got to the first auto supply. somewhere between Davis nad Oakland while i was trying not to barf, I guess Max Schaaf spotted my bike zipping by and contacted a few people to see if I was actually in the area....was gonna get the tour of Oakland. next time Mr. Schaaf. it got grey and ugly and the wind was blowing crazy. damn it. get me home.
alot of blogs post food so i decided to post a photo of this great resturant i found on the way home......their $1 menu was superb. white juicy chicken breast sandwich. home-made cookie, fresh outta the oven. i really recommend this joint. you won`t be disappointed. almost immediately I got the shits. must be the high-fiber content. oh yea, my other muffler flew off in San Luis Obispo........really? who needs mufflers. i paid for them................... the rain finally started coming down in ventura a little around 8:30 p.m. and sprinkled all the way home. it was a great trip with great guys and total freedom. thanks to Chino Josh, Clayton the Fireman and Scott the Vegan Photographer. next time Mike D..... you were missed.

You know how lucky you are riding your Californian coastal roads? Us Europeans are just outside looking in, with our noses up against the glass. Spent one of the nights on my honeymoon in '97 at the Madonna Inn, another on the beach up at San Simeon... just beautiful.
